SUBMIT YOUR MANGA
What should I send?
An editing brief is somewhat like the catalyst that propels your manga towards success with a publisher. It provides a sparkling and detailed overview of your project and your background. This precious key is a major asset for your work, capable of capturing attention and significantly influencing the decision of our editorial team regarding the possibility of turning your creation into an exciting series.
Synopsis
Your synopsis should provide a precise and engaging description of the characters, setting, universe, and issues of your manga. It's crucial not to conceal the plot's evolution, while remaining concise and focusing on the strengths of your story. Limit yourself to a maximum of two pages to summarize the essence of your story.
Cover
We place considerable importance on a manga's cover, as it constitutes the first point of contact. A finalized cover demonstrates your creativity and artistic skills, thereby highlighting the quality of your work.
Panels
We believe that a publishing request is serious when the mangaka submits a minimum of 5 to 10 meticulously inked and shaded panels. While it's possible to include sketches and a storyboard in your submission to enrich your file, be aware that these elements are of lesser importance compared to the finished panels.
Others
Provide any documents you believe will help you stand out from the crowd. It's generally better to provide more information rather than less. Submitting items such as your professional background, a letter of intent, references to previous publications, and your participation in competitions can strengthen your application. Enriching your file with these additional elements increases your chances of attracting our attention.
